Originally the home of an Italian stonemason, this 1880’s sandstone cottage with it’s exposed stone walls, presented a very special opportunity to its owners.

Nestled into the banks of the Parramatta river on the Hunters Hill peninsula, this light filled family home presented an enviable layout with north/south entertaining spaces, soaring ceilings and grand proportions.

This dilapidated terrace was transformed into a light filled pied-à-terre for our clients.

Completely rebuilt, our work included a rear addition and extensive restorative works, imbuing it with a sense of charm and liveability.
