This dilapidated terrace was transformed into a light filled pied-à-terre for our clients.

Completely rebuilt, our work included a rear addition to expand and maximise the kitchen and laundry space, the integration of a stone servery and adjoining covered courtyard, custom joinery, new hardwood floors and extensive restorative and exterior façade work.

Upstairs, spaces were reworked to create 2 new bathrooms.

A palette of soft greys’, rich white trims, oak flooring and cobblestones enhanced the original period features throughout.
